What We Do

You tell us your working pattern, and we calculate your statutory holiday entitlement in days or hours. The calculator handles the standard 5.6 weeks minimum, pro-rata calculations for part-time workers, and the distinction between contractual holiday that includes bank holidays and holiday on top of bank holidays.

Why This Matters

Holiday entitlement is one of the most commonly misunderstood areas of UK employment law. Many part-time workers do not realise they are entitled to the same proportional amount of leave as full-time colleagues. And the way bank holidays interact with annual leave entitlement confuses employers and employees alike. We built this calculator to cut through the complexity.
